Everything is blooming right now, it's peak spring and I'm in love everywhere I look. May might possibly be my favorite month in the whole year. We've already gone to the river 4 times. It's been a pretty dry spring and relatively warm most days! I have a feeling it will be a hot summer so I am soaking in the perfect 70 degree weather and feeling so grateful for all the abundance surrounding us.

It's officially farmer's market season! I use this article all the time when I am planning to go to the market. It's a list of Portland area farmer's markets for every day of the week. Click to check it out.

I don't know about you, but my kids definitely need some new summer sandals and I'm going to be using this guide to hopefully find some barefoot style ones that they like. We scored a pair of See Kai Run sandals at Nordstrom Rack for my 3 year old already, but my older two need some sturdy ones for hikes and summer camp fun. I am in love with these spring simmer pot ideas! I have only done winter themed ones in the past and I have most of these herbs growing in the garden currently so I will be trying these out ASAP. Click to go to Gathering Dreams.

This is a great guide to Oregon strawberries as well as places to pick them yourself, something I am hoping to do this year! Click to go to Portland Monthly.

Speaking of strawberries... I am so excited for this month's strawberry moon gathering. We will be making a flower mandala, hammered flower cards for Father's Day, and a strawberry tea blend during the circle with a tea ceremony to accompany it. Please reach out if you would like the address. I will also be adding this to the calendar under Homeschool Resources.

Cherry season is creeping up as well as iced coffee season. This cherry vanilla iced latte was delicious and I've been using the syrup in my morning coffee all week. Click to go to Pinterest.

From my Instagram page, this post is about my experiences working with shungite and selenite crystals recently. As the weather has warmed the last few months, I've been falling madly in love with my crystals again, laying in the sun on the earth or my deck using the laying on of stones technique where you lay a different stone on each chakra. The instant peace and relaxation is like nothing I could ever describe. I would love to share this gift with others, if you are interested in doing a session please reach out. Cheers to May as we close out the month and get ready for the transition from spring to summer!
