Things we are loving, thinking about, eating and creating this week.

What are your thoughts and experiences with religion and God when you read these quotes? Does this shift things for you? Some of my thoughts on it are explored in this post.

I've been learning about and exploring German New Medicine in my quest to heal some of my own physical symptoms that I have always deeply felt is a natural expression of my emotions. It's all perfectly designed and it can be resolved once you realize what the cause is. It's truly miraculous and the first step is to trust fully in this process.
Homeopathy for Sunburns

Something I have not tried before and will keep in mind next time anyone in my family gets a burn, which odds are would be me. It has been unseasonably warm in Portland this year, almost no rain all of May and lots of days above 80 so we have been getting plenty of sun! I have not gotten a bad burn yet, we don't use sunscreen so tend to go inside or seek shade when we've been in the sun awhile. I also use hats. My kids are part African so thankfully they rarely burn. But I saved this post just in case.
What I've been listening to:
Freya Kellet's German New Medicine Stories. This has been helping me to understand how this system of healing works and I have found the personal stories of people resolving their health issues with this knowledge fascinating!
One of my favorite songs, Cherry Wine by Nas & Amy Winehouse for your enjoyment.
Things I love:
